Experienced Consultants – Transformation

We are looking for experienced consultants to cover maternity leave for 9 months with a possibility of extension for a further 3 months or to a permanent contract in our London office. You will be part of a growing health practice and wider network of transformation capability within Optimity Advisors. It is likely that initially you will mostly work on projects across health and the wider public sector but increasingly there may be opportunities to work in our other industries as we continue to grow.

Senior EU Public Policy Consultant

Due to recent Framework Contract and project wins, we are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior EU Public Policy Consultant. The position requires good knowledge of European public institutions and experience of delivering evaluations, impact assessments or studies as part of a multi-national team. Building on strong analytical and writing capabilities, coupled with an understanding of EU policy, the successful candidate will conduct work for a range of clients across Europe. The role primarily focusses on the management, analysis, comprehension and implementation of EU public policy projects to help our clients to make better informed decisions.

We are seeking a talented user experience strategist and designer in our London, UK office who can apply expertise in UX design, digital strategy, user behaviour and industry best practices to create and execute design solutions that meet the client’s business goals. Our ideal candidate has a track record of crafting exceptional experiences that solve user needs, and is comfortable collaborating with both leaders and peers.  We are looking for someone who is competent in all aspects of the design process, bring Lean UX methods and strategic thinking into enterprise projects, and establish and grow relationships with clients.
