Collaborated with client international executive team to stand up a new wholly owned and operated European subsidiary and launch two new international channels. Led the launch of an international office location including infrastructure design and implementation, IT and operational system installations and workflow creation and integration with domestic headquarters. Managed team to outfit the new location in compliance with international data and labor regulations and under tight deadline in conjunction with the debut of associated channel launches. Designed new standard business processes and drafted the global network’s operational run-book, which was used to launch additional international owned and operated subsidiaries. Additionally, contributed to the strategic roadmap for channel launches inclusive of programming acquisition, promotional events, talent search, production of promo content and creation of social media campaign and data and technology requirements to support.
Managed delivery of global sales solution for global broadcaster to maximize the revenue potential for content across international outlets and distribution platforms.
Solution drives international sales process from program selection and deal through asset promo creation, production and fulfillment, facilitating a more comprehensive sales strategy and increased visibility for downstream processes. Engaged stakeholders including executive leadership and domain owners across IT, Sales, Finance, Digital, Production and Fulfillment and drove strategic program definition, technology vendor selection and business analysis through build of the solution and ecosystem of surrounding business processes and applications.
Managed delivery of the TV Everywhere (TVE) initiative for non-linear long form content scheduling, rights clearance and distribution to international and domestic partners across multiple platforms.
Drove solution to transform business process and technology from legacy manual offline operation to system driven solution leveraging upstream/downstream data, workflows across Program Scheduling, Research, Legal, Fulfillment and Distribution to meet increased demand for this emerging supply chain. The new business process and solution replaced hundreds of hours of manual effort across the organization, reduced rights risk and enabled increased volume of non-linear content delivery to support revenue model and meet consumer demand.
Designed and implemented technology program governance and management organizations for multiple cable organizations.
Designed program governance organization from inception as centralized service across Technology division to increase alignment with enterprise strategy, enable transparency and improve project cost efficiency and delivery outcomes. Defined organizational transformation roadmap for the roll out and continued maturation including people, process, data and technology. In alignment with the roadmap, built out the project management team and skillset, implemented strategic sourcing processes, implemented portfolio and budget planning and management processes and tools and created project asset library with guidelines and reusable artifacts.
