As a Global Product Manager and as Director of Global Product Management at two large IT outsourcing service providers, managed the end-to-end processes for designing, launching, and managing IT service portfolios for Remote Infrastructure Management, Service Desk, End-user Services, Cloud Computing, Managed Network and Security Services, and Managed On-site Services, providing services such as requirements, design, engineering, transition and operational day-to-day service management teams. Contributed to and was deeply instrumental in the landing of large service delivery engagements.

Managed Global Alliances leading to joint business initiatives to grow market share and manage risk.

Served in various leadership roles in the U.S. and Europe. Led Global Alliance with industry leading hardware and software corporations, which constituted OEM relationships, joint product and service offering development efforts in technology, and outsourcing businesses. Developed joint marketing efforts to co-brand service capabilities and manage market risk.

Designed and taught graduate-level courses within a strategy curriculum.

Designed and taught Global Strategic Alliances, Mergers and Acquisitions as part of the strategy curriculum within The Villanova Business School’s Executive MBA Program. The course focused on the development and management of different types of business relationships as means of increasing control, managing risk, and navigating uncertainty within the value chain when implementing strategy.
