Thatcher recently completed managing a project that integrated a pharmacy facing web commerce platform with a recent SAP implementation. Thatcher was responsible for defining business case requirements, system integration requirements and data security requirements. On this engagement Thatcher regularly interacted with senior management at a fortune 100 company.

Thatcher worked on a project to develop a new technology platform that manages data for a pharmacy data standards company. He utilized his project management skills in order to develop a project timeline, manage a development team, develop a testing plan and migrate data from the legacy platform to the new system. Throughout the development process Thatcher worked with the client to manage project scope to ensure the system would be delivered on time. The system currently contains data and documentation for over 60,000 pharmacies.

Thatcher led a project automating the maintenance of retail chain and wholesaler item catalogs by electronically exchanging data between retail ERP systems and a standardized industry data pool. During the project he managed the normalization of data, documentation of existing and future business processes and development of business requirements, IT requirements and a project plan. He ensured the project stayed within the original scope and reduced cost by eliminating unnecessary deliverables. At the completion of the project the system managed the data exchange for over 800 manufacturers and retailers.

Thatcher worked with a regional PBM to create a dashboard to analyze retailer profitability based on formulary compliance and generic utilization. On this project Thatcher worked with key stakeholders to determine how to integrate numerous data sets to create complex analytics that are used during negotiations between retailers and pharmacy benefit managers.
