Worked with the management of an insurance start-up to develop their strategy, product composition and operating model. Then worked with them to get the company up and running
Built the Solvency II proposition for a leading consultancy
Developed a proposition to address the issue of Solvency II, the proposition was also incorporated into an ERM proposition. The proposition had many components which also included going into partnership with Sungard and Microsoft.
