How We Do It
Our team uses Lean/6-Sigma methods to identify constraints in our client’s current state.
We then develop data-supported “digital twins” of those processes to hypothesize future improvement scenarios and predict performance. The technologies and approaches we assess and implement include Process Simulation technologies, Business Process Management (BPM) tools, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
At every step, we predict and measure improvements to production throughput, cost reduction, revenue generation, and user adoption.

Process Mapping
We diagram a process workflow graphically, showing activity flow and handoffs in “user swimlane” format using standard BPMN notation, driven by data and documentation acquired during process user and stakeholder working sessions.
Proven Lean Process Improvement
Our team uses 6-sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) continuous data-driven process improvement, combined with Lean methods to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. We assess business processes across value streams that flow horizontally across technologies, assets, and departments to customers.
Process Simulation & Optimization
Process simulation modeling takes Lean/6S to the next level. We infuse simulation modeling technology tools to more rapidly identify Lean waste-reduction opportunities and then rapidly test paths to future state BEFORE clients make larger investments in re-engineering and implementation.
BPM System Strategy & Roadmapping
BPM implements software structure and rules for defining, formalizing, executing, automating and optimizing workflow-oriented processes – and their dependencies – at multiple detail levels.
Supply Chain Fulfillment
Our supply chain and fulfillment focus is a multi-industry extension of our Lean, Process Simulation/Optimization, and BPM capabilities.
